The Aaron’s Sports Marketing team is preparing for one of their biggest events of the year. Headed to Texas Motor Speedway for the Dickies 500, Aaron’s will be completing their long anticipated 50th Anniversary sweepstakes. With 2005 being Aaron’s 50th anniversary, Aaron’s customers and event attendees were encouraged to register to win the car of their dreams, the Aaron’s 55 Chevy. Thousands of entries were collected throughout the year and the contest has been narrowed down to five potential winners.

Aaron’s will be setting up a corporate display on site for race fans to stop by and view merchandise Aaron’s has to offer. The display will also have an area where children up to 10 years of age can color their own personal Aaron’s Dream Machine for a chance to have their design on the Dream Machine at the next Dream Weekend in Talladega. Adults will also have an opportunity to get in on the action by registering to win a trip to Talladega for the Aaron’s Dream Weekend. For registering, everyone will receive give-a-ways such as Aaron’s cheer sticks and the Aaron’s “Do The Math” calculators.

For your entertainment, Aaron’s will have upcoming country singer, Teresa Wade performing as well as a meet and greet with Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders and Dallas Desperado cheerleaders.

Not only will Aaron’s be well represented around the track, but on the track as well. Michael Waltrip will be behind the wheel of the #99 Aaron’s Dream Machine in the NASCAR Busch Series race on Saturday. Having finished 15th earlier in the season at Texas Motor Speedway, Waltrip is looking for a top 10 finish this weekend. Carl Long will be running the #00 Aaron’s Dream Machine on Sunday in the Dickies 500 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series.

Sunday will host the Aaron’s Dream Machine Sweepstakes. Before the race, one lucky individual will have a shot at drawing the key that will crank the Aaron’s 55 Chevy. It should be a fun filled weekend for everyone and a very exciting weekend for one lucky individual. Come on out and enjoy the festivities or catch the O’Reilly Challenge Busch Series race Saturday at 1pm central time on NBC and the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series Sunday at 2:10pm central time on NBC.
